Typical symptom
Jobs may fail with an error that the application cannot create a directory under storage/app/... or cannot write a generated report.
Diagnose
Check that the persistent storage volume is mounted to the path expected by the container, the directory exists, the application user can write to it, and the filesystem is not full or read-only.
Do not patch only the symptom
Creating one missing folder manually may fix one job but fail after the next container replacement. Correct the image, mount, ownership, or deployment definition so the path is consistently writable.
