Organisation structure
Configure departments, designations/cadres, facilities or organisations, and other required structures before mass import. Use stable codes where the same structure must integrate with another system.
Avoid free-text fragmentation
Do not allow common fields such as cadre, department, facility, or employment type to become uncontrolled free text when a governed reference list can be used.
Permission-aware navigation
The Workforce menu is generated from permissions. A role should see only the registry, organisation, validation, task, dashboard, or API features it is allowed to use. Server-side permission checks remain authoritative.
